OEM & ODM Solutions
Your hardware. Your specifications. Our manufacturing. Whether you have a drawing, a sample or only an application and a target price, we take it from feasibility to container-load delivery — with your brand on every part.
OEM manufacturing
Send your drawings, samples or reference products. We reverse-engineer, tool up and produce to your exact specification: custom dimensions and tolerances, private label and custom packaging, material choices (cold-rolled steel, stainless, zinc alloy, brass) and finishes (zinc, nickel, black oxide, powder coated).
ODM development
Don't have a design yet? Our engineers analyze your application, propose material and design optimizations, and deliver production-ready samples in 7–10 days — 3D modeling, DFM analysis, rapid prototyping and cost-reduction engineering included.
The 4-step process
1) Inquiry — send your drawing, sample or requirements; we respond within 24 hours with a feasibility assessment. 2) Sampling — 5–10 pre-production samples in 7–10 days; iterate until perfect. 3) Production — mass production with inline QC at stamping, assembly, surface treatment and final inspection. 4) Delivery — 7–15 day standard lead time, FOB/CIF/DDP and full export documentation.

Quality control
Incoming material inspection, in-process checks at stamping/assembly/surface treatment, and final inspection before packing. Every batch is traceable, and salt spray reports, cycle test data and material certificates are available on request.
Packaging
From small retail boxes and blister packs to export cartons sized for container loading. Custom packaging with your logo and barcode is part of the OEM service — we design the carton so your product arrives clean and presentable.
Logistics and Incoterms
Standard lead time is 15 days; samples ship in about 7 days. We supply FOB, CIF or DDP to your port with full export documentation, and plan container loading so your freight budget matches your order size. A 20-foot container of drawer slides, for example, holds approximately 18,000 sets.
