Quality control, packaging and logistics decide how your order arrives — and whether it arrives on time. This page explains what we do at every stage, from incoming material to container loading at your port.
Quality control
Incoming material inspection, in-process checks at stamping/assembly/surface treatment, and final inspection before packing. Every batch is traceable, and salt spray reports, cycle test data and material certificates are available on request.
Packaging
From small retail boxes and blister packs to export cartons sized for container loading. Custom packaging with your logo and barcode is part of the OEM service — we design the carton so your product arrives clean and presentable.
Logistics and Incoterms
Standard lead time is 15 days; samples ship in about 7 days. We supply FOB, CIF or DDP to your port with full export documentation, and plan container loading so your freight budget matches your order size. A 20-foot container of drawer slides, for example, holds approximately 18,000 sets.
