Every skytophardware export order ships with documented quality. These are the quality systems, compliance standards and test capabilities we can verify with certificates, test reports and third-party inspection.
All product lines
Our Fuzhou and Foshan Nanhai plants operate a documented quality management system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 - incoming material inspection, in-process QC, final inspection and traceability records. A copy of the certificate is available on request from sales@skytophardware.com.
Selected hardware lines
Selected product lines meet the applicable CE requirements for furniture hardware and fasteners placed on the EU market, with technical documentation and declarations maintained in-house. Ask us which models carry the CE declaration.
All coated parts
All plating and coating processes use restricted-substance-free chemistries. We provide RoHS and REACH test reports on request for export orders to the EU and US markets.
Fasteners (SK series)
Our SK-series bolts, screws, nuts and washers are manufactured to the relevant DIN standards (DIN 933, DIN 931, DIN 934, DIN 125, DIN 9021, DIN 912 and related), with hardness, thread and coating tested on every batch.
Plated finishes
Nickel, zinc and powder-coated finishes are batch-tested to ISO 9227 neutral salt spray, with a 48-hour minimum for standard plated parts and extended options for coastal and outdoor applications.
Per-order basis
For orders that require independent verification, we arrange third-party inspection and testing (SGS, TÜV or Bureau Veritas) - pre-shipment inspection, material analysis, salt spray and load tests, with reports issued to your company name.
Corrosion testing on plated and coated parts, with reports per batch on request.
Soft-close and slide mechanisms endurance-tested to 80,000 open/close cycles.
SGS, TÜV or BV inspectors welcome at our plants before loading — reports shared with you.
