About skytophardware
skytophardware is an OEM/ODM furniture hardware and fasteners factory with production bases in Fuzhou (Fujian) and Foshan Nanhai (Guangdong), China. We have served furniture, kitchen and construction brands in 50+ countries since 2010, manufacturing hinges, drawer slides, casters and DIN fasteners on our own lines with in-house testing and export packing.
What we manufacture
Four product lines run through our own facilities: furniture hinges (concealed, soft-close, clip-on and specialty stainless hinges), drawer slides (hidden 16/19 mm, damped, push-to-open, ball-bearing), universal casters and wheels, and DIN-standard fasteners from carbon steel and stainless 304/316 to high-temperature alloys. Each line has its own QC station, and every batch is traceable.
Testing and quality control
Our standard test program: 48-hour salt spray on plated surfaces, 80,000-cycle durability for soft-close hinges, 50,000+ cycle testing for drawer slides, and dimensional checks on every production batch. Material certificates, salt spray reports and cycle test data are available on request — we publish the numbers instead of promising quality in words.
